Nazm Writing Workshop by Sifar. Learn how to start your journey of start writing nazm, if you have good thoughts but you feel difficult to put them in words. Even if you don’t have understanding of Bahr, to start to poetic journey, Nazm would be best for you.

What you will learn in this workshop
1) What is Nazm? Brief History and development.
2) Important terms, definitions. Important aspects of Nazm
3) Difference between ghazal and Nazm.
4) Types of Nazms and a Short Introduction of each type, including some Hindi and English Nazms
5) Techniques of Nazm writing- How to write a Nazm with special focus on Nasri Nazm (Prose Poetry)
